Returns

We do not accept cancellations, exchanges, and returns. If Damaged during shipping reach out within 14 days of delivery and we will replace your item. We require a photo of the damaged item, we will not replace it without one.

Shipping

After the package leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible for the speed or condition in which it arrives. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.  It is your responsibility to contact the postal carrier to file a claim, or the local police with concerns of a stolen package.

Order Cancellations

You will have 1 hour from the time of purchase to cancel, after that we do not accept cancellations. 

Processing time

Orders will ship out within 7-10 business days (not including weekends)

Personalization

You are responsible for inputting the correct information into the personalization section.  Any misspellings on an item will not be corrected unless it is an error on our end

  • If I have questions on your order, I will reach out via email.  If I do not hear back within 48 hours I will make the order with the standard color/font unless there are other details missing.  In that case I will cancel the order. 
  • Pet Portraits - I will send a proof within 76 hours unless notes otherwise.  If I do not hear back within 48 hours I will proceed with the order, no refunds will be accepted on this.
